About Lucinda Layton, IRS Enrolled Agent
Lucinda Layton has 27 years of experience as a tax preparer, dispute resolution expert and bookkeeper.
Lucinda is a federally-licensed Enrolled Agent with unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service on any tax issue, in all 50 states. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and has prepared thousands of tax returns with a specialty in tax strategies for real estate, investment and retirement income. Lucinda has helped hundreds of taxpayers negotiate resolutions in disputes with the IRS. She holds leadership positions with the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the California Association of Enrolled Agents. She also leads personal tax workshops and teaches licensing courses for tax preparers pursuing their Enrolled Agent licenses.
Lucinda’s passion project is offering women and teens opportunities to increase financial literacy, to enable bold, savvy financial decisions.
