With over 28 years of experience in tax preparation, tax planning, and IRS dispute resolution, Lucinda Layton is a trusted expert in complex tax matters. As a federally licensed Enrolled Agent, she has unlimited rights to represent taxpayers nationwide.
Lucinda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has prepared thousands of tax returns, specializing in sole proprietors and real estate investments. She has helped hundreds of clients resolve IRS disputes and is known for her practical, results-driven approach.
Deeply committed to the tax profession, Lucinda serves on the Board of Directors for the Mission Society of Enrolled Agents and is the Second Vice President of the California Society of Enrolled Agents. She is also an active member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers.
Outside her professional work, Lucinda is passionate about increasing financial literacy among women and teens—empowering them to make confident, informed financial decisions. She is also a real estate broker, investor, community volunteer, avid traveler, and proud mom to Lauren and Aidan.
